It promotes a safe and respectful workplace culture, encouraging practical strategies that prioritise wellbeing and support positive mental health outcomes across all levels of the organisation.
Please Note: All case studies within this course are fictional. While they may not represent every scenario involving youth mental health that you may encounter in your role, they are designed to reflect common challenges young people face. These case studies aim to equip you with the knowledge and skills to apply decision-making, empathy, and duty of care when recognising and supporting young people experiencing mental health concerns.
