It is expected that the online learning content will take approximately 3 hours to complete. In addition, there is a total of 65 theory questions, which will take approximately 1.5 hours to complete.

Assessment is a total of 65 theory questions, which will take approximately 1.5 hours to complete.
These are approximate timeframes only. Individuals who previously completed First Aid (or similar) training, may complete the online component in a shorter timeframe. An individual who is new to First Aid training may take longer to work their way through all the learning content and theory questions.
Individuals who are familiar with some of the topics/ content have the option to play videos at a faster speed.
Online study:
Students must have access to a computer, smartphone, tablet or other electronic devices with access to the internet to complete the online/ pre-course studies.
Online Learning includes Closed Captions for each video. Closed Captions support viewers where English may be a second language. To access Closed Caption click on CC on the bottom right corner of the video player.
